DECEMBER
I was part of a large team making puppetry and scenic elements at The Jim Henson Company for a new production for Princess Cruise Lines.
AUGUST
I loved every minute at The Puppet Kitchen building these adorable instrument puppets for Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood Live.
JUNE
I worked with the always fun team at The Puppet Kitchen helping to make tentacles and undersea creatures for The Little Mermaid at The Muny in St. Louis.
MAY
I worked with Rick Lyon to help create puppets of Jules Feiffer illustrations for a brand new musical The Man In the Ceiling! I was introduced to Jules' work when I saw him on an artists panel a number of years ago and it was such a treat to work with his art.
APRIL
I went to Portland, Oregon to share The Talleys at The Beady Little Eyes Puppet Slam! Both shows had great audiences, it was wonderful to see pals, and take in the sights.
MARCH
I traveled to Nebraska with Ibex Puppetry's Crane: On Earth, In Sky as part of the creative team tasked with maintaining the beautiful puppets built by The Jim Henson Company. We did 5 presentations of this large-scale spectacle in 2 cities in just one week.
JANUARY
I was selected to participate in the inaugural session of The Catapult program at The Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival. It was a 4-day intensive with 20 other artists and together we saw a dozen performances. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet new talented people, share our work with each other, and see a ton of varied productions.
